Devo has partnered with United Way to help put on the race day festivites at Buckley Park! There will be food, drink, bike obstacle course, dunk tank, and other fun kids’ activities! The race will go right by Buckley park 3x and there will be a jumbotron to show live race coverage from 10-4 pm. 9R will not have school that day so plan on wearing your Devo jersey and coming down to the festivities!
Want to help? Go to http://www.durango2012.com/volunteer/ and fill out volunteer form. Type “Race Day at Buckley/Devo” under notes. Devo volunteer jobs will be set up, run activities and/or take down. You can add the times you want to work under notes as well (6 am-10am, 10am-2pm or 2 pm-5 pm). All volunteers get a Pro Cycling treat bag!
Together we”ll show the 20,000 people coming to see the race, that Durango rocks!!!
