U19 DEVO rider Kaylee Blevins is in Colorado Springs this weekend attending the USA Cycling Junior Development Camp. The riders will have class room lectures, serious testing opportunities, amazing OTC cafeteria meals, and sweet Olympic sightseeing, all while training and racing together.
