Fort Lewis college graduate Matt Shriver placed 44th in todays Cyclocross World Championship race. The multi time collegiate national champion, in cross and mtb, was one of 80 riders in the early but late season race. This was Matt’s first ever opportunity to race in a World Championship event. He has also been recently hired by the Fort Lewis College Cycling Team as Head Road Coach for the upcoming spring season.
